My Mom cooks very well, she makes super delicious food always so I've never cooked or baked until changed my life...

13 years ago I had a serious problem with my spine. It was a very hard and complicated time for me and also my family. I coudn't either sit, stand or move. I could do nothing. Just I was in the bed and read or watched the tv. Day by day. At night the cooking and baking chanel worked only. A few days later nothing interested except that. I told "it's easy, I can do it as well" after every recipes and series. This condition lasted for months. I promised myself when I can go again I will try myself and bake a lot. This passion was my power. In the next year finally I had a spine operation. After my full recovery I started to bake. At the first time only for the family. My partner was my N.1  fan and told me lots of time "this is so yummy, you should sell this". I was laughing on it, but I started to learn in a pastry chef school. Our life were full with challanges. My partner has got a job in the UK and we moved here.

A few years ago my passion woke up again...in this time my partner was working at a company which distributed all stuffs for the bakeries (from the flour to dessert pots)...and I always made dessert shots and cupcakes for our garden parties. I asked from our friends: what did they think about my treats? All of them loved those. A few weeks later one of my friend ordered some pastries and glass desserts for an event. And than another friend and her family ordered a birthday cake for her Mom. They told me 'it was the most delicious cake ever'. This sentence meant ALL to me...It was the beginning of Angel's Patisserie!!! 

As a patisserie the first order was a very big birthday cake for the wife of my partner's colleague. They ordered 10 cakes already since their first order. But other ones reached this number as well. This is what shows me that I'm on the right way! Due to the Covid we couldn't open our bakery what is my dream, but now it's working as a home-based patisserie with 12 years experiences. I bake with love and my goal is I can make happiness to anyone's life with my desserts and cakes.
